1. Your membership agreement begins the day you sign up. Your payment of XXX will be automatically deducted on the first of each month thereafter. Treatments are to be redeemed monthly and will expire if not used (no roll-over).
2. Your Loft Membership entitles you to exclusive discounts, including 10% off all retail products and other Loft + SaunaFit services, as well as one discounted professional skincare treatment per month. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The 10% discount applies only to full-priced services and products and cannot be used in addition to any other special pricing or promotional discount. To redeem your monthly treatment or utilize the 10% discount, your membership must be active and in good standing.
3. Three-month minimum is required. After 3 months, if you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so with a 30-day written notice for facial memberships or a 90-day written notice for botox memberships via email. Please email info@browlashskin-theloft.com. We will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your account within 48 hours. Automatic payments will end at cancellation.
4. If your monthly payment is declined, you will be given 7 days (from the scheduled payment date) to reconcile your account. If not reconciled within 7 days, we may cancel this agreement immediately.
5. The Loft has a 24-hour Appointment Cancellation Policy. No-shows and cancellations (with fewer than 24 hours notice) will be charged 100% of the service.
